Tim Salisbury

Commercial Director

TIM SALISBURY

Tim is Hamberley’s Commercial Director with responsibility for transactional and commercial matters including land acquisition, financing, planning, development and the sale of Hamberley’s developments. Starting his career with Gracewell Healthcare in 2012, Tim was part of the transaction team that successfully executed the sale of that business to Welltower Inc in August 2014. Following the sale, Tim joined the Hamberley team to assist in the delivery of its exceptional developments.

Tim holds a BA (Hons) in Modern History from University of Warwick and an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Law.
